Experience Required
2 to 10 years of experience in retail store management.
Experience in optical, fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
Drive sales and achieve store targets.
Deliver an excellent customer experience.
Manage inventory, stock, and visual merchandising.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Prepare reports and monitor store performance.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
