The Store Manager is responsible for the overall functioning and daily operations of the store.
The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations and maximizing store profitability.
Coordination with purchase, accounts, factory, and production departments is essential.
Responsibilities include raising purchase requests and following up with suppliers.
The manager maintains stock records, tally entries, and purchase documentation.
Monitoring inventory movement and maintaining outward stock documents are key duties.
Incoming materials must be checked for quality, quantity, and damages.
The role involves proper storage, space utilization, material protection, and audit readiness.
Material issue and return processes must be coordinated across departments and sites.
Additional duties include workforce planning, attendance management, training, housekeeping, safety checks, and process improvements
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4- 9+ years of experience.
