Position: Senior Store Manager – Entire Mall

Experience Required: 3-5 years in retail management

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all departments: Apparel, Footwear, Home Furnishing, Sarees, Billing & Sales
Manage daily operations across the mall
Ensure smooth billing & customer satisfaction
Drive sales targets and team performance
Inventory and staff management

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in retail (Apparel, Footwear, or similar)
Strong leadership & communication skills
Proven track record in managing multi-category retail operations
