Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Jaipur (Factory)
Department: Store / Production
Reports To: Plant Head / Production Head

Job Purpose:

To manage all store activities like raw material, finished goods, and scrap. The store manager will make sure that the right material is available at the right time, and all records are clear and correct.

Main Responsibilities:

• Keep daily record of inward and outward material.

• Check material received – quantity, quality, and GRN entry.

• Match physical stock and system stock every week or month.

• Issue material to production as per material request slip.

• Keep proper record of scrap and return material.

• Help in dispatch and loading of finished goods.

• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.

• Coordinate with vendors and transporters for material movement.

• Prepare monthly stock report for management.

• Supervise helpers and store staff for daily work.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of Excel or ERP software.

• Good in record keeping and documentation.

• Can do planning and coordination with other teams.

• Responsible and disciplined in work.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Graduate / Diploma (Commerce or Technical background preferred).

• Experience: 2–5 years in factory or manufacturing store.

Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
