Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and staff.
- Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Maintain stock, inventory, and product availability.
- Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor billing, sales reports, and store discipline.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Graduate preferred.
- Experience in retail or store management preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales.
- Ability to achieve business targets.
Experience: 1–2 years preferred
Salary: As per experience and company policy.
