Drive studio revenue, maintain operational efficiency, and deliver premium customer experience while managing the team, workflow, and sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Conversion & Upselling — Convert walk‑ins, leads, and calls into paid jobs; upsell PPF, coatings, and add‑ons.
Customer Experience Management — Greet clients, understand needs, explain services, handle escalations, ensure 5‑star experience.
Studio Operations Oversight — Manage daily workflow, job scheduling, bay allocation, and quality checks.
Team Coordination — Supervise detailers, assign tasks, track productivity, ensure SOP compliance.
Inventory & Product Management — Track consumables, chemicals, pads, PPF rolls, tools; reorder before stockouts.
Lead Management — Handle WhatsApp, Instagram, Google leads; maintain follow‑ups and CRM entries.
Billing & Documentation — Create invoices, maintain job cards, update customer records.
Brand & Reputation Building — Manage reviews, before/after photos, social media coordination.
Reporting & Analytics — Daily sales report, job status report, inventory report.
Studio Hygiene & Presentation — Ensure the studio looks premium, clean, and customer‑ready at all times.

Sales Conversion Rate
Target: 45–60% for walk‑ins & inbound leads.
Monthly Revenue Achievement
Target: Based on studio size (₹8–25 lakh typical range).
Upsell Ratio
Target: 20–30% of customers add at least one additional service.
Customer Satisfaction Score
Target: 4.7+ Google rating, 90% positive feedback.
Repeat Customer Rate
Target: 25–40% depending on service mix.
Lead Response Time
Target: Under 5 minutes for WhatsApp/Instagram/Google leads.
