Job description:

Core Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
Order Processing: Take and fulfill orders accurately, whether for food, retail products, or services.
Transactions: Handle payments using POS systems, cash registers, or digital methods, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
Stock & Inventory: Restock shelves, unpack deliveries, and alert management of low-stock items.
Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless and organized counter and customer
Key Requirements
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain products and handle customer complaints calmly.
Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for long periods and lift or move merchandise if necessary.
Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with digital payment terminals, computers, and inventory software
