Position - Store Manager – Organic Food Store
We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager in Mumbai to own the daily operations of our organic food store. You’ll be responsible for running the store smoothly—managing the team, delighting customers, keeping inventory in check, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring top-quality organic products on the shelves.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end store operations
Lead and manage the store team
Deliver great customer experience
Manage stock, inventory, and replenishment
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure quality control
What We’re Looking For
Experience in retail or store operations (food/grocery preferred)
Strong people and customer management skills
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Passion for organic, natural, and healthy food
