Hiring: Store Manager – Jewellery Retail
📍 Location: Patiala, Punjab
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years
💰 Salary: ₹55,000/month (Negotiable as per experience)
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or relevant certification preferred but not mandatory
🔹 Role Requirements
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales team
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
• Analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control
• Maintain visual merchandising standards

• Strong Sales & Marketing skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Team management experience
• Inventory management & visual merchandising knowledge
🔹 Experience Criteria
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Team Management is required.
