Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, ensure accurate stock records, and support smooth day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining proper stock control and documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against invoices and delivery notes
Maintain accurate records of stock inward and outward movement
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and safety of inventory
Monitor stock levels and inform management about low stock or shortages
Issue materials/products as per approved requests
Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store area
Coordinate with purchase, sales, and logistics teams
Handle basic documentation such as GRNs, stock registers, and challans
Skills & Requirements: Basic knowledge of inventory management
Ability to maintain stock registers and records
Familiarity with MS Excel or basic computer operations
Good organisational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Physically fit to handle store operations
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail, electronics, or FMCG store handling
Knowledge of barcode systems or inventory software is an advantage
