Inventory Management: Receive, unload, count, and shelve incoming stock; track withdrawals and maintain accurate records.
Organization: Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and logically arranged for easy access, potentially using methods like FIFO (First-In, First-Out).
Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, initiate purchase requisitions for low stock, and manage surplus or expired items.
Dispatch & Issuance: Prepare, pack, label, and issue materials to authorized users or for sale.
Quality Control: Inspect deliveries for discrepancies or damages and report issues.
Documentation: Maintain all necessary paperwork, including stock records, receipts, and Material Received Reports (MRR).
