Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Keeper to manage daily retail store operations, maintain stock accuracy, assist customers, and ensure products are properly displayed and available for sale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stock & Inventory Management

• Receive and verify incoming stock against invoices and delivery challans.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged products.

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Manage stock inward and outward transactions.

• Arrange products properly in the stockroom and on store shelves.

• Coordinate with the purchase and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.

2. Customer Service

• Assist customers in locating products and provide basic product information.

• Respond politely to customer queries and complaints.

• Support billing, sales, and product exchanges or returns as required.

• Ensure a positive customer shopping experience.

3. Store Operations

• Maintain product displays, shelf labels, and pricing information.

• Check product quality, expiry dates (where applicable), and packaging.

• Keep the store and stockroom clean and organized.

• Follow company policies for stock handling, loss prevention, and safety.

• Prepare daily stock reports and support store audits.
