Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure proper storage and issuance of materials. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily store operations efficiently while maintaining accuracy in stock management.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and store materials properly
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
Issue materials as per requisitions and maintain documentation
Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages
Conduct regular stock verification and audits
Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and accounts teams
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
Handle inward and outward material entries in ERP/software systems
Required Skills
Inventory and stock management
Record-keeping and documentation
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel
Knowledge of ERP/software such as SAP or Tally
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Communication and coordination abilities
Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma holder
Experience in store/warehouse management preferred
Knowledge of inventory processes and material handling
