Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily stock records (raw materials, packaging, disposables, etc.)
Track inventory using Excel and ensure timely ordering of supplies
Operate and manage the POS system for stock inward and outward entries
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system data
Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and delivery of materials
Monitor usage, wastage, and report discrepancies to management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Keeper (preferably in food & beverage / hospitality)
Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data entry, reporting)
Hands-on experience with POS systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
