Job Title Storekeeper

Department Stores

Generic KRA 1. Maintaining accurate record of physical stock v/s book stocks 2. Quick retrieval of material when needed by Dispatch 3. Maintaining RM as per defined inventory level

Reports to Stores Executive

Job Description 1. Maintaining register for all items in stock 2. Inward of goods post verifying quantity and product (Stamping & signing on challan which is equivalent to GRN) 3. Ensuring storage of material is arrived at its assigned place 4. Ensure cleanliness and proper labelling of warehouse area 5. Ensure that stores is accessed only by authorized personnel 6. Prompt updating of data in records 7. Inform purchase department in the event of physical deformities observed in good received 8. Maintain list of slow moving items and send to Stores Manager on quarterly basis prepare excess and other variance observed in stocks and reconciliation periodically, to match system, Bin and Physical stocks 9. Packing of materials as per instructions received from Stores Head 10. Communicate with purchase department to ensure stock levels are as per assigned levels

Working days-

Monday to Saturday 10.00am to 6.00pm

2nd Saturday will be -off

Sunday -off
