We are looking for a responsible and proactive Store Keeper who will manage daily store operations along with telemarketing activities, online platform handling, and merchant onboarding. The candidate should be comfortable with customer communication, digital tools, and basic inventory management.Key ResponsibilitiesStore & Inventory ManagementMaintain daily stock records (inward & outward entries)Ensure proper storage, labeling, and cleanliness of productsMonitor stock levels and inform management for re-orderingHandle basic billing and order processing if requiredTelemarketing & Customer CommunicationMake outbound calls to merchants/customers for service promotionExplain company offerings, schemes, and benefits clearlyFollow up on leads and maintain call recordsHandle incoming inquiries professionallyOnline Platform HandlingManage product/service listings on company online platformsUpdate prices, availability, and offers regularlyProcess online orders and coordinate with delivery teamsRespond to customer messages and platform notificationsMerchant OnboardingIdentify and approach local merchants/vendorsExplain onboarding process and required documentationAssist merchants in registration and profile setupCoordinate with internal teams for activation and supportReporting & CoordinationPrepare daily/weekly activity reportsCoordinate with sales, delivery, and support teamsEnsure smooth day-to-day operational flowRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferredBasic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, online apps)Good communication skills (local language + Hindi/English)Telecalling or sales experience is an advantageAbility to multitask and work independentlyPreferred Candidate ProfileExperience in retail, field sales, or customer supportFamiliar with online platforms or mobile appsLocal area knowledge is a plusWork TypeFull-time / Part-timeIn-store + field
