Store Keeper

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving and inspecting goods: Verify incoming stock against the purchase order, check for damage, and record details in the inventory system.

• Inventory management: Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, track levels, and manage stock rotation

•  to prevent spoilage.

• Storage and organization: Organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner, ensuring proper labeling and hygiene.

• Stock control: Monitor stock levels and trigger reorder requests to the purchase executive when items approach minimum levels.

• Issuing materials: Process authorized requisitions and issue the correct quantities of materials to the relevant departments.

• Record keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing goods, including purchase information and invoices.

• Auditing: Conduct regular physical inventory audits and cycle counts to verify record accuracy and identify discrepancies or pilferage.
