 Location: Warehouse / Store / Office

🎯 Role Overview

• 📦 Manage daily store operations & inventory

• 🗂 Maintain proper stock records & material flow

• 🎯 Ensure accuracy in stock handling & reporting

• 🤝 Coordinate with purchase, sales & operations teams

📦 Inventory & Stock Management

• 📊 Maintain stock register (inward & outward)

• 📦 Receive, check & store materials properly

• 🔄 Monitor stock levels & avoid shortages

• 🧾 Update inventory in system / Excel

• ⚠️ Identify damaged/expired items and report

🚚 Material Handling & Dispatch

• 📥 Handle goods inward & outward entries

• 📦 Prepare materials for dispatch as per requirement

• 🏷️ Label, pack & organize stock efficiently

• 🚛 Coordinate with transport/logistics team

• 📋 Ensure proper documentation of all movements

🗂️ Documentation & Reporting

• 📑 Maintain GRN, invoices & stock reports

• 💻 Data entry in Excel / inventory software

• 📊 Prepare daily/weekly stock reports

• 🔍 Conduct physical stock verification

• 🧾 Maintain audit-ready records

🎓 Eligibility

• 📚 Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• 🕒 Experience: Freshers & experienced can apply

• 💻 Basic computer knowledge (Excel required)

• 📦 Experience in store/warehouse preferred
