Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Keeper with strong experience in inventory management and basic accounting, including hands-on knowledge of Tally. The role involves managing stock records, coordinating with accounts, and ensuring accurate inventory reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issue slips, and stock registers.
Coordinate with purchase, site, and accounts teams for material movement.
Record inventory transactions and expenses in Tally.
Assist in basic accounting entries related to purchases, issues, and stock valuation.
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials.
Prepare inventory and consumption reports for management review.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of inventory control and store operations
Hands-on experience with Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)
Basic understanding of accounts, invoices, and GST
Proficiency in MS Excel and record maintenance
Good coordination and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and handle site/store operations
Preferred Experience:
Experience in construction site / warehouse / store management
Familiarity with material codes and stock valuation methods
