Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.

• Perform daily stock updates in ERP/excel.

• Conduct monthly/weekly physical stock audits.

• Prevent stock shortages and excess inventory.

2. Material Handling

• Receive materials with proper documentation (GRN, invoices).

• Check quantity & quality at the time of receiving.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and shelf arrangement.

• Issue materials to departments based on approved requisition.
3. Documentation & Records

• Maintain inward & outward register.

• Maintain stock ledger, material receipt notes, and gate passes.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.

4. Coordination

• Coordinate with purchase department for material requirements.

• Work with production, QC, and accounts teams for timely material flow.

5. Store Management

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of store area.

• Ensure FIFO/FEFO for movement of material.

• Keep tools, equipment, and packaging materials properly arranged.

6. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with company policies.

• Follow safety guidelines for storage of hazardous materials (if any).

• Maintain fire safety equipment in store.
