Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations.

• Maintain stock and inventory records.

• Handle store opening and closing activities.

• Assist customers in a professional manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

• Follow company policies and discipline.

• Ensure proper stock management and record keeping.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
  Basic Computer.

• Basic communication skills.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

• Basic knowledge of retail/store operations is an added advantage.

Working Schedule

• Working Hours: 10 Hours per Day.

• Shift Timings:

• 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM

• 10:00 AM – 08:00 PM

• Weekly Off: 4 Weekly Offs per Month (Saturday/Sunday as per store requirement).

• One Day per Week: 12 Hours Duty (Single Store Handling).

Training Process

• 3 Days Paid Training Provided.

• Date of Joining (DOJ) will be considered from the first day of training.

• After successful completion of training, the final interview will be conducted at the Head Office.
