Experience Required:

1–3 Years (FMCG / Manufacturing preferred)

Key Responsibilities1. Packing Material Management

• Maintain proper stock of all packing materials (cartons, labels, tapes, pouches, etc.).

• Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.

• Coordinate with the purchase department for reordering materials.

• Monitor quality and specifications of packing materials.

2. Inventory & Stock Control

• Maintain daily stock records (inward & outward entries).

• Conduct regular physical stock verification.

• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.

• Ensure proper storage and organization of materials.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare stock reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis.

• Maintain GRN, material issue slips, and stock registers.

• Update inventory in ERP/software system.

• Report discrepancies or shortages to management.

4. Coordination

• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams.

• Ensure smooth dispatch planning with available packing stock.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO methods where applicable.
