• Manage daily store and warehouse operations.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.

• Issue materials against approved requisitions.

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

• Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and coordinate replenishment.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, stacking, and preservation of materials.

• Maintain GRN, issue slips, transfer notes, and other store documentation.

• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, and expired stock.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and other departments.

• Supervise store staff and allocate daily work.

• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company procedures.

• Prepare inventory and stock reports for management.

• Use ERP/WMS or inventory software for stock transactions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in stores/warehouse operations.

• Good knowledge of inventory management and documentation.

• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to supervise a team and maintain accurate records.
