Store Incharge

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory control, material handling, and stock maintenance. The candidate will ensure proper storage, documentation, and timely availability of materials required for project/site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage store inventory and stock records.

• Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantity and quality as per purchase orders.

• Maintain proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and stock registers.

• Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials in the store.

• Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages or re-order requirements.

• Coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams for material requirements.

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the store area.

• Handle material dispatch and inward/outward entries.

• Conduct periodic stock verification and audits.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field).

• Knowledge of inventory management and store documentation.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ERP / inventory software.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in construction materials handling.

• Ability to maintain accurate stock records and documentation.

• Ability to work in site or warehouse environment.
