Store Incharge – Fabrication & Manufacturing Company

Experience: 2–5 years in stores/warehouse operations, preferably in fabrication or manufacturing industry.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily material inward and outward activities.

• Receive, inspect and verify materials against PO, invoice and delivery challan.

• Maintain accurate daily stock reports and inventory records.

• Issue raw materials, consumables, tools and spare parts to production teams.

• Maintain minimum/maximum stock levels and identify shortages.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC and Accounts departments.

• Maintain proper storage, identification and safe handling of materials.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

• Prepare daily Inward, Outward and Closing Stock Reports.

• Maintain GRN, material issue notes, stock registers and related documentation.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and FIFO wherever applicable.

Qualification:

• Diploma / ITI / Any Degree preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse or Inventory Management, preferably in a Fabrication/Manufacturing Company.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, stock registers, inward/outward documentation and inventory management.

• Good communication, coordination and record-keeping skills.

• Knowledge of GRN, Material Issue, Delivery Challan and Stock Reconciliation preferred.

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
