🚀 Stores Officer / Stores In-Charge

📍 Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
💰 CTC: Up to 40 K (Negotiable)
🎓 Qualification: Diploma in Stores & Material Management / Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial or related)

💼 Experience: 5+ years in Stores within Engineering / Manufacturing

About the Role

We are looking for a system-driven and hands-on Stores professional to lead the Stores function and ensure seamless material flow across the factory—from inward receipt and inventory management to production issue, packing and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Stores operations and coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts and other factory teams.

• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy between physical and ERP/system stock.

• Manage material inward, inspection, storage, issue and outward/dispatch.

• Ensure timely material availability to Production and proper receipt against Job Cards.

• Manage packing and dispatch of finished/WIP materials with accurate documentation.

• Ensure Delivery Challans, Test Certificates and other material documentation are complete.

• Conduct periodic stock verification, audits and reconciliation.

• Ensure proper storage, identification, preservation and handling of materials.

• Track unusable/scrap material and coordinate disposal as per procedure.

• Maintain a safe, organized and audit-ready Stores area.

• Generate inventory/Stores reports and drive KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time material release and damage-free dispatch.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience in Engineering Manufacturing Stores.

• Hands-on exposure to ERP-based inventory management.

• Good understanding of inventory control, stock taking, packing & dispatch.

• Strong documentation, planning and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable interacting with shopfloor teams, department heads and management.

• Young, energetic and growth-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.
