Job Description :
As the Store In‑Charge at Liveon Technolabs, you will manage store operations for inventory, raw materials, and finished goods integral to our RF-shielded enclosures and anechoic chamber production. This role ensures efficient inventory control, smooth material flow, and contributes to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :-
Inventory Management :
Oversee receipt, storage, and issue of materials—ensuring accurate logging and timely replenishment.
Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconcile physical inventory with records.
Implement and maintain FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory procedures
Store Organization & Security:
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or misplacement.
Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date logs for deliveries, dispatches, damaged/non-conforming goods.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and store incidents.
Update inventory management systems or ERP databases in real-time.
Team Supervision:
Supervise store staff—including training and task assignment—to uphold store functions efficiently.
Coordinate with production, quality control, and other departments for materials flow and issue resolution.
Procurement & Forecasting:
Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions for timely replenishment.
Collaborate with procurement to align material availability with production schedules.
Qualifications & Experience:-
Educational Background: Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience: 1+ years in store or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or engineering environments.
Familiarity with inventory Management.
Experience in documenting and inventory management.
