Job Description :

As the Store In‑Charge at Liveon Technolabs, you will manage store operations for inventory, raw materials, and finished goods integral to our RF-shielded enclosures and anechoic chamber production. This role ensures efficient inventory control, smooth material flow, and contributes to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Inventory Management :

• Oversee receipt, storage, and issue of materials—ensuring accurate logging and timely replenishment.

• Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconcile physical inventory with records.

• Implement and maintain FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory procedures

• Store Organization & Security:

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or misplacement.

• Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.

• Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain up-to-date logs for deliveries, dispatches, damaged/non-conforming goods.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and store incidents.

• Update inventory management systems or ERP databases in real-time.

• Team Supervision:

• Supervise store staff—including training and task assignment—to uphold store functions efficiently.

• Coordinate with production, quality control, and other departments for materials flow and issue resolution.

• Procurement & Forecasting:

• Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions for timely replenishment.

• Collaborate with procurement to align material availability with production schedules.

Qualifications & Experience:-

• Educational Background: Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Experience: 1+ years in store or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or engineering environments.

• Familiarity with inventory Management.

• Experience in documenting and inventory management.
