Job Summary

Manage complete material flow at RMC plant – from receipt to consumption.

 Ensure zero stock-outs of cement, aggregates, admixtures, spares, and diesel while controlling pilferage and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

·         Material Receipt & Quality Check

·         Supervise unloading of cement bulkers, fly ash tankers, aggregate tippers, admixture drums

·         Verify quantity via weighbridge, check challan vs. PO, test cement temp <70°C

·         Coordinate with QC for sampling of cement, fly ash, admixtures before unloading

·         Reject materials not meeting quality standards, make rejection notes

Inventory & Stock Control

·         Maintain daily stock of cement, aggregates, admixtures, diesel, spares in Excel/Tally

·         Follow FIFO for cement/fly ash, monitor expiry of admixtures

·         Conduct physical stock verification weekly + monthly with Accounts

·         Maintain min-max levels, raise indents to Purchase before stock-out

·         Submit Daily Stock Report – opening, receipt, issue, closing by 10 AM

·         Monthly consumption vs. production variance report to GM/MD

·         Coordinate with Accounts for vendor reconciliation, debit notes

·         Alert Plant In-Charge for any abnormal stock loss or quality issue

·         Ensure weights & measures stamping, calibration certificates on file

·         Handle GST e-way bill checks for inward vehicles

·         Prepare, Issue Slips, Gate Passes daily

            Required Skills & Qualifications

·         Education: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma + Tally knowledge mandatory

·         Experience: 3–6 years in RMC / Infra / Crusher plant stores

·         Honesty, attention to detail, vendor driver handling, shift flexibility
