Store Incharge

·        Manage day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.

·        Maintain inventory of raw materials, capacitor components, packing materials, and finished goods.

·        Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.

·        Ensure proper material labeling, binning, stacking, and storage to avoid damage or loss.

·        Issue materials to production as per requisition and approved requirements.

·        Monitor stock levels and inform purchase team about shortages or reorder requirements.

·        Maintain accurate stock records in registers, ERP, or inventory management software.

·        Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.

·        Ensure implementation of inventory control methods like First-In, First-Out (FIFO) and ABC Analysis.

·        Minimize stock discrepancies, wastage, and obsolete inventory.

·        Coordinate with purchase, production, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow.

·        Ensure housekeeping, safety, and security within the store area.

·        Support internal and external audits related to inventory and stock records.
