Key Responsibilities :

• Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of project materials.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

• Handle inward and outward material entries and documentation.

• Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely procurement of materials.

• Verify material quantities and specifications as per purchase orders and delivery challans.

• Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, and site teams for material requirements.

• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory records.

• Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.

• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

• Track material movement and minimize material loss or wastage.

Required Skills :

• Knowledge of materials related to HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV/Networking, Plumbing, and MEP projects.

• Basic understanding of inventory management and store operations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Incharge, Store Executive, or Store Assistant in an engineering, construction, or MEP company.

• Familiarity with project material handling and inventory control.

• Experience with ERP or inventory management software will be an added advantage.
