Job Title: Store Incharge

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage and maintain the school's inventory, including uniforms, notebooks, stationery items, and other store-related materials. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge and be able to maintain stock records efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the school store inventory.
Handle the issuance and receipt of school uniforms, notebooks, stationery, and other materials.
Keep accurate records of stock movement and inventory levels.
Monitor stock availability and report replenishment requirements.
Maintain proper storage and organization of all items.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement when required.
Ensure proper documentation of all store transactions.
Use computer applications (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.) for record-keeping and reporting.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the store area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
Good inventory and record-management skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in stock records.
Prior experience as a Store Keeper or Store Incharge will be preferred.
