Job Description (JD) – Store Incharge (School)

Job Title: Store Incharge
Location: School Campus
Department: Administration / Store Management

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage and maintain the school's inventory, including uniforms, notebooks, stationery items, and other store-related materials. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge and be able to maintain stock records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the school store inventory.

• Handle the issuance and receipt of school uniforms, notebooks, stationery, and other materials.

• Keep accurate records of stock movement and inventory levels.

• Monitor stock availability and report replenishment requirements.

• Maintain proper storage and organization of all items.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement when required.

• Ensure proper documentation of all store transactions.

• Use computer applications (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.) for record-keeping and reporting.

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the store area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).

• Good inventory and record-management skills.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in stock records.

• Prior experience as a Store Keeper or Store Incharge will be preferred.

Salary:

As per company/school standards and candidate experience.

Working Hours:

As per school timings.

• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

• Familiar with inventory management and stock maintenance.
