Job Responsibilities:
Assist in daily factory operations and production activities
Help in handling raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
Support craftsmen and tailors during bag and accessory production
Packing, labeling, and organizing finished goods
Maintain cleanliness and basic discipline in the work area
Assist in loading/unloading materials when required
Follow instructions from supervisors and production managers
Job Requirements:
Basic understanding of factory work (training will be provided)
Physically fit and willing to do manual work
Honest, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to follow instructions properly
No formal education required
