We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our McDonald’s team. As a Crew Member, you will deliver excellent customer service, prepare quality food, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a great dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare food and beverages as per McDonald’s quality and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations
Handle cash and digital payments responsibly
Work as a team to ensure fast service and customer satisfaction
Follow all hygiene, food safety, and operational guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (preferred)
Freshers are welcome; experience is an added advantage
Good communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
