Store Helper

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Team Member to join our Bakingo outlet in Indirapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations, and ensuring a delightful in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products

• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store

• Ensure proper display and replenishment of products

• Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team for order fulfillment

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively

• Support in inventory management and stock tracking

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in retail, QSR, or customer service

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems

• Presentable personality with a positive attitude

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in bakery, food, or retail industry

• Customer handling and upselling skills

• Team player with a proactive approach

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)

• 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
