Job Title: Store Assistant / Store Support Executive

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Store Assistant to support daily store operations. The role involves customer interaction, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting in communication, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for all customers

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manne

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service guidanc

Handle basic customer queries and resolve issues politel

Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and team member

Support overall store operations and daily activitie

Assist in keeping the store clean, organized, and presentable at all time

Help with stock arrangement and display managemen

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goal

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skill

Customer-handling and problem-solving abilitie

Positive attitude and willingness to lear

Basic understanding of store operation

Team player with a responsible approac

Working Days & Schedule

7-day working environment (rotational
