Ensures proper stock management, documentation, supply tracking, and kitchen inventory coordination.
Receive, verify, and record daily stock materials
Maintain accurate inward/outward registers
Track consumption, wastage, reorder levels & stock discrepancies
Ensure timely supply of raw materials to the kitchen
Coordinate with vendors, kitchen teams, and management
Maintain clean and organized storage areas
1–2 years inventory/store experience in hospitality
Strong documentation and stock management ability
