Key responsibilities
Inventory and stock management:
Receive and process incoming goods, verifying against purchase orders for accuracy.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
Ensure proper storage, preservation, and organization of all materials.
Prepare and manage documents like Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and Material Return Notes (MRNs).
Customer service:
Assist customers with inquiries, recommend products, and provide excellent service to ensure satisfaction.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Daily operations and staff supervision:
Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise, train, and lead store staff to meet sales and service goals.
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Reporting and administration:
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
Coordinate with the accounts team to submit invoices and ensure timely payments.
