Conduct regular physical stock verification

Check incoming materials against PO and invoice
Ensure proper storage of materials
Handle dispatch of goods as per requirement

Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, stock registers
Update records in Excel/ERP system
Keep proper filing of all store-related documents
🔹 4. Coordination
Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts team
Follow up for pending materials
Inform management about stock status
