Job Description:
We are looking for a Store Executive for the Exotica Group of Hotels. The candidate should be responsible, organized, and capable of managing store operations efficiently across our hotel properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations, inventory, and stock records
Maintain inward & outward material entries
Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and operations teams
Prepare reports, GRNs, and maintain proper documentation
Monitor consumption patterns and maintain minimum stock levels
Ensure timely issuance of materials to concerned departments
Conduct periodic stock audits
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to maintain accurate records and systematic filing
Basic understanding of hospitality store management (preferred)
Other Requirement:
Candidate must have own conveyance
