Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will represent the brand on the showroom floor, assist customers in selecting the right footwear, manage sales transactions, and maintain showroom standards. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their footwear preferences and requirements.

Showcase and recommend suitable styles, designs, and sizes from the collection.

Achieve individual and showroom sales targets consistently.

Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are appealing.

Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and ensure accuracy at the POS.

Manage stock replenishment and assist in inventory checks.

Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries effectively.

Maintain showroom cleanliness, grooming standards, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Promote new arrivals, festive collections, discounts, and loyalty programs.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for customer service and sales.

Good convincing and product presentation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (billing/POS software).

Team-oriented, energetic, and proactive.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

1–3 years of retail sales experience in footwear/apparel/fashion/lifestyle preferred.

Freshers with good communication and sales passion may also apply.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience) + attractive incentives.
