Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage daily store operations, inventory control, and stock management. The candidate should ensure proper handling of materials and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle receiving, checking, and storing of incoming materials
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
Monitor stock availability and report shortages/excess
Manage dispatch and issue of goods as per requirements
Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
Follow company safety and compliance guidelines

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of inventory management
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of MS Excel / ERP systems (preferred)
Attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
