Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
Issue materials as per approved Material Requisition Notes (MRN).
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock verification.
Prepare GRN, material issue slips, stock reports, and inventory reconciliation.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
Monitor minimum stock levels and raise material requisitions.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S implementation in the store.
Handle inward and outward logistics documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Eligibility

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or any relevant discipline)
Experience: 2–5 years in Store/Warehouse operations (Manufacturing industry preferred)
Experience with ERP (SAP, Tally, Oracle, Busy, etc.) will be an added advantage.
