Job Overview:

We are looking for a Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, spare parts ordering, billing, invoicing, dispatch, quotations, and documentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, MS Office, email communication, and basic store management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory activities.

• Handle spare parts ordering and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and billing documents.

• Prepare and process e-way bills (EWB) for dispatches.

• Manage Tally entries related to billing, purchases, sales, and inventory.

• Prepare invoices and ensure accurate billing documentation.

• Coordinate product packing and dispatch as per requirements.

• Maintain proper records of stock, inward/outward materials, and dispatches.

• Handle regular email communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

• Use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/email) for daily documentation and reporting.

• Coordinate with the sales, service, purchase, and accounts teams.

• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of store-related documents.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in store, inventory, billing, or similar operations.

• Working knowledge of Tally Prime.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Basic knowledge of GST billing, invoicing, and E-way bills.

• Good email communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments.

• Knowledge of spare parts and industrial equipment will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
