Inventory & Stock Management:

• Manage daily store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and audits to match system records.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment/orders.

• Implement and maintain the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation method for F&B items.

• Track and record stock wastage, damages, and expired goods. [1, 2, 3]

Procurement & Vendor Coordination:

• Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) and update stock records accurately.

• Inspect receivable goods for quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders.

• Coordinate with vendors for deliveries, stock returns, or replacements. [1, 2]

Warehouse & Store Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized warehouse and storage environment.

• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards as per company policy. [1, 2]

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports using MS Office (Excel).

• Reconcile physical inventory with POS (Point of Sale) consumption data. [1]
