Store Executive

We are looking for a Studio Executive to join our team at Mogacho Bombay to assist clients, coordinate appointments, manage studio operations, maintain inventory, and support the team during bridal consultations, events, and day-to-day activities. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced creative environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional customer experience.

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, bridal trials, and client meetings.

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.

• Maintain stock, inventory records, and material tracking.

• Ensure the studio is well-organized, clean, and presentable at all times.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and the internal team for smooth operations.

• Maintain basic administrative records, documentation, and reports.

• Assist during bridal trials, exhibitions, events, and special projects when required.

• Communicate daily updates and task progress to the reporting manager.

• Deliver an exceptional client experience while representing the Mogacho Bombay brand.

• Job Requirements:

• The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass. Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Mandatory Requirements:

• Good spoken English.

• Basic computer knowledge.
