Frikly is an Indian e-commerce and retail company that focuses on home interior materials and décor products. It was founded in Nagpur and operates both online and offline experience centres.
Location: Frikly Experience Centre ECR.
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Executive to manage daily store operations at the Frikly Experience Centre. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and basic knowledge of interior products or retail sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
Explain Frikly products and catalogs.
Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
Manage stock, inventory, and billing records.
Coordinate customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Support the sales team in achieving store targets.
Prepare daily store activity reports.
Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in retail, showroom, or store operations (interior industry preferred).
Good communication skills. HINDI and TAMIL Both are MANDATORY.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
