Job Description – Store Executive (Fabrication)

Company: Macpower CNC Machines Ltd.
Location: Metoda GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat
Department: Stores
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations related to fabrication materials and components.

• Handle material receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance.

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.

• Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, and other store documents.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Fabrication departments for material requirements.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely material availability.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

• Ensure proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials.

• Maintain records of MS plates, sheets, pipes, structural materials, and fabrication consumables.

• Follow company procedures for inventory control and store management.

• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely material availability.
