Job Description: Store Executive

Location

POR, Vadodara

Job Summary

The Store Executive will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, inventory control, and issue of raw materials, packing materials, consumables and finished goods in a PVC manufacturing facility. The role requires accurate stock records, proper material handling, coordination with Production, Quality, and Accounts departments, and ensuring materials are available as per production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive and verify raw materials, packing materials, consumables and other materials.

· Check materials against Purchase Orders, invoices, delivery challans, and material specifications.

· Ensure proper identification, labelling, storage, and location of materials.

Required Qualifications

· Good knowledge of Store & Inventory Management

· Basic understanding of PVC manufacturing materials and processes

· Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

Qualification & Experience

· Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in any discipline; candidates with Stores, Logistics, or Supply Chain qualifications will be preferred.

· Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse/Inventory Management, preferably in a PVC/plastic manufacturing company.
