Store Executive

Position Overview

The Executive will be responsible for managing inventory distribution, ensuring optimal stock levels, and supporting sales and operations teams by allocating products efficiently. This role plays a key part in balancing supply and demand to maximize business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely allocation of products to different branches, warehouses, or retail outlets.

Product Allocation: Plan and execute product distribution based on demand forecasts, sales trends, and business priorities.

Coordination: Work closely with supply chain, sales, and warehouse teams to align allocation strategies.

Reporting: Prepare allocation reports, track product movement, and highlight discrepancies.

Data Analysis: Use sales and inventory data to recommend adjustments in allocation.

Compliance: Ensure allocation processes adhere to company policies and standards.

System Updates: Maintain accurate records in ERP/MIS systems for product allocation and transfers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

0.5 - 2 years of experience in inventory management, product allocation, or supply chain

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, or inventory management software.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.
